 Having
never forgotten the warmth and friendliness of the people
on St. Croix when I first arrived here thirty years ago,
I chose to get into the real estate industry as my way
of giving back to the community. It is always my pleasure
to show and sell real estate in the U.S.V.I. most especially
St. Croix. Assisting others with the desire to vacation
or relocate to "America's Paradise" is what I do best.
I became a licensed REALTOR in 1986, working as a sales
associate/broker associate for many St. Croix offices
both local and franchise. Realizing my self confidence,
skills, dedication, experience, knowledge, and strong
belief in ethics I branched out on my own by creating
"Paradise Properties" This independent move has shown
proven success for the 7th year running Although I keep
a low profile when it comes to emphasizing my volume of
sales and listings, you'll often hear competitors comment
on the level of competition "Paradise Properties" gives
larger firms, keeping right up there with selling and
listing statistics.
Clients appreciate the confidentiality within a small
office as well as the personalized attention to their
needs. I almost always answer my own phone, which is a
clear indication of my availability to customers.
Most importantly, I recognize the needs of those locals
and newcomers alike buying and selling real estate. Having
a vast local knowledge, plus being well connected outweighs
all the technology in the world.
As a REALTOR member of the St. Croix Board of Realtors
I have served continuously as Board Director, Secretary,
Chairperson of the Education Committee, Public Relations
Chair several years running, and Membership Committee
Chair.
Community minded as well, I partake in volunteering my
time to non-profit organizations to include the St. Croix
Landmarks Society, Women's Coalition, Animal Shelter,
children's organizations and the like. I also teach exercise
and toning classes at the KALIMA Wellness Center.
My favorite past time is sailing and participating in
Sailing Regattas either as a volunteer for the St. Croix
Yacht Club as part of the "Race Committee", or most especially
as crew on racing and cruising sailing yachts.
